Stop tuning the wrong thing. A coding agent can waste hours tuning the wrong thing. Kimi's K three point one Pro report describes a different move: when a simulated walker had poor arm motion, the agent investigated the simulator instead of just changing rewards.

In the company's internal test, it probed the dynamics, corrected thirty-six shoulder-muscle calculation errors, then retrained the controller. That is a reported demonstration, not proof that it will diagnose your software correctly.

K three point one Pro is a post-trained version of K three for coding and longer workflows. The company reports stronger results; we have not independently tested them. Its coding changelog dates rollout to October twenty-third.

Hosted access is available through Kimi, Work, Code and the API, subject to each channel's access rules. Enterprise administrators must enable it. Full model weights are promised by November fourth, not downloadable today.

For a trial, give the agent a bug with a known cause and tests. Let it inspect the evidence before making changes. Watch whether it diagnoses the broken component before repeatedly adjusting the wrong target.
