Your next sales call might start with an AI agent. Monday dot com launched Harmony on October nineteenth, a voice platform built for enterprise sales teams. It handles conversations, rather than just drafting what a salesperson should say.

The design uses voice technology acquired from One AI and several compact, task specific language models. Separate models qualify leads, capture information and handle objections. A real time engine coordinates them, with much of the system running on Harmony infrastructure.

The company reports about two hundred milliseconds from incoming audio to outgoing speech. We have not independently tested that figure. Fast responses alone do not establish accurate answers, reliable calls or better sales results.

Harmony is available for midsize and enterprise customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. The launch includes inbound routing, dialing, consent controls and updates to customer relationship software. The company says more markets and languages will follow.

A qualified caller can transfer to a human representative with a briefing. That makes the handoff worth testing: did the person receive the right details, and did the record update correctly? The useful question is whether the whole conversation works, beyond its voice.
